Thanks so much. Wonderful hearing about your trip. Have you been back to Ghana since 2011? If not, any thought about making another trip? Our daughter and son-in-law are at BMC and they sure need help since IMB backed out.
Thanks! We unfortunately haven’t made it back since then — and I’m not sure we will in the near future, as we’re trying to focus on getting some medical training/education off the ground soon in Guinea (through Hope Ignited). We miss it so much, though — would go back in an instant if it were a quick/easy trip! Glad to hear your daughter and her husband are there — such a wonderful place. We do highly recommend it to others, though — hopefully we can send some of our pediatric residents from Children’s back there again soon!
